If you are upgrading from a previous version of Synchronet Notifier, before
version 1.3c, you need to do the following:

    * = Updated since last release.

1)  Unarchive the NOTIFY14.ZIP into your Notifier directory.

2)  Delete the USER.OUT file and the USER.INI               
3) *Type, NOTIFIER -MAINT to create the new converted database, now called
    NOTIFY.DAT.              
4) *Delete UEXPORT from whatever directory you have it in, it's no longer 
    used.
    
That should do it...

If you are upgrading from verion 1.0, please just completely re-install.
